Since infancy many of us are taught to trust the government???
The police, who protect and serve???
The ones that dominate us.
Then we think of Mr. George Floyd.
Then we think of the horrific events in Uvalde, Texas.
Remember those???
The dominators murder a man in cold blood, on main street u.s.a.
Yet, still today, we have fooled fools telling us not to believe our lying eyes.
Whilst we all see the dominators with their military machinery cowering in corners, and arresting mothers and fathers who are trying to rescue their children from a violent school shooting.
Yet, these same police still feel safe walking the streets, in spite of their corrupt, cowardly, evil deeds.
It would seem that the people residing on/in turtle island have been dominated to such an extent as to have been subjugated.
But, it goes oh so much deeper than that.
Trust mom and dad???
The ones who beat you, and cut off your hair, and slap you across your face when you say something that they don’t agree with.
The ones who do not avenge your rape, because the police said that it’s okay.
The ones who call you bad names, and never say, my child you are great, the way you were made.
I never asked to be someone else’s legacy.
Why can’t they just let us be we.
(Notice, no eyes or mes. I’m trying/learning.)
I don’t harbor any ill will towards my “creators”, cause it was done to them the same as was done to me/us.
So, who(m)/what to trust???
The judge???
The ones who silence us, and reject our voices, our language, reject just-us.
One of the demarcations in our (Cheri and I) life was a place called wounded knee.
There is great power in that land, and the story, and the struggle to remain free.
We all lost big that day.
Murdered for a dance.
The ghost dance.
What about that silly constitution, and that silly first amendment, and the freedom of religion, assembly, speech???
I don’t need to break free from the english to clearly see the hypocrisy.
In our time with the Lakota we felt apart, and we experienced community.
But, our worldview fell apart as we listened to the history of these people.
Our brothers and sisters, so horribly treated by our ancestors.
When we allow ourselves to live free from distractions, and think, we live in shame, for the cruelty and crimes that continue unabated today.
It’s all the way down into our DNA.
Three things I like to say:
Land Back.
Mitakuye Oyasin.
Permanent Ceasefire in Gaza, and the u.s.a.
I reject the Christian religion, but it has a great idea.

“It was a terrifying sight,” al-Batniji told Drop Site News. “The Americans were spraying pepper gas at us; it burns and affects the nervous system of the human body. You just can't handle it. You’re under pressure. The people are all pushed together and all trampling on each other. There is no air and you feel shortness of breath—everyone wants to go get their food.”
At least 21 people were killed in the incident, according to the Gaza health ministry, and 15 of them died from suffocation due to the gas and the stampede at the site—what the ministry now calls “death traps”—while six others were shot on the road leading to it. Among those killed was al-Batniji’s 22-year-old cousin, Wael. “As soon as he arrived, he fell and was trampled on by everyone.”
“Those behind me started to step forward and push each other. People threw each other onto the fence. The Americans refused to open the gate and left it closed,” Musa al-Quwaider, 23, told Drop Site. “The suffocating people were left lying on the ground, and no one came to them. They didn’t acknowledge them.”

Swords into plowshares.
Thank you Mr. Ghosthorse.
We wish you peace.
