But we have to lift out of THEIR fucking contrived and colluding depression. We could be in the Congo or on trash heaps in the Phillipines. One bit of personal uplifting news?
As Muhammad Shehada, a brilliant Palestinian analyst, put it:
“Trump gave Israel a "gift bag" in return for the Gaza deal. The first item is lifting all sanctions on Israeli extremists, settlers & spyware companies.
“The second expected item is major land thefts in the West Bank.
“Third is allowing Israel to violate the ceasefire all they want.”
As Mike Waltz, Trump’s national security pick, told an Israeli newspaper:
"If the IDF is required to enter Gaza again, we are with them. Hamas will not continue to serve as a terrorist organization & will not rule Gaza."
I wonder why I was politically uninterested for so long. Is it because of my parents? Wasn't my situation bad enough? Did the mass media give me the feeling that politics would sort everything out?
I still remember how in the 1990s I often listened to one of the WDR stations in the evenings (the German WDR is the largest radio station in Europe) and heard from Prof. Klaus Töpfer, who was sitting somewhere in burning Africa, about the dangers of climate change.
I still remember how around 2010 I wrote an angry email to Katrin Göring-Eckart (ex-kitchen helper, Green Khmer) in which I asked why they weren't doing a better job at climate protection.
And then sometime in 2012 I was back on the "conspiracy theorist" platform MMnews.de, which in my opinion had the best forum at the time, and researched in a comment the claim that there is actually no man-made global warming at all and that it was all a gigantic hoax and the biggest lie in human history - and my life changed forever.
That's what they fear. That's the reason for their sick censorship. People who accidentally recognize an important, big, fat lie and realize that it's all a lie.
But then the plastics boys and oil goo men and nuke leaks fresks and poisons people and all those mind body brain spirit industrial Titans, they just keep on triggering a million other time bombs.
As if walking out of a Rapist Biden meeting or fake blood on the hands protest will change a fucking thing. Nah. We will not just run up and slap the mother fuckers or do a little Holifield ear biting Tyson kinda fun.
Here they/we are. The continuing closing of the AmeriKKKan mind, en mass. Writ large. De facto.
I'll be even more of a fucking abberation and sore thumb in this niggerized rich man's world.

Last week, HuffPost — once one of the fastest-growing online media outlets — announced the layoff of nearly a quarter of its remaining editorial staff.
The news came just after The Washington Post said that roughly 100 employees would be let go and Vox Media announced the second round of layoffs in less than a month.
All of these outlets have been hit hard by Big Tech giants like Facebook and X changing algorithms to throttle traffic to news sites.
Here at The Intercept, we’re facing many of these same headwinds.
In addition, we’re now confronting an incoming administration and Congress that have made no secret about their desire to silence and punish journalists who don’t fall in line.
Trump’s pick for FBI director has pledged to “come after the people in the media,” and the House passed legislation last fall that would give the Trump administration the power to strip The Intercept’s nonprofit status with the stroke of a pen as a result of our coverage of Israel’s war on Gaza.
Meanwhile, billionaires like Erik Prince have weaponized libel law, driving up our legal costs and chilling reporting on the wealthy and powerful.
The bottom line is that if people won’t pay for journalism, then it will die. And the only way we can continue to provide the kind of adversarial investigative journalism that The Intercept is known for is with your support.
At least 113 Palestinians, including 28 children and 31 women, have been killed since the truce was declared on Wednesday, with over 264 injured, according to Gaza’s Civil Defense.
When is a ceasefire a ceasefire? The Israelis don’t know and don’t care.
As I suggested in a recent post, the Gaza “cease-fire” agreement is not likely to last very long.
The Israelis have been dragging their feet – with Netanyahu at first saying he could not call a cabinet meeting to ratify the agreement until the mediators of the agreement are able to verify Hamas’ agreement with all provisions— even though Hamas had said that it agreed with everything that we have seen so far. As I wrote this it seems that the War Cabinet has now agreed.
No matter — Netanyahu just keeps on killing kids. 88 overnight.
No word when the killing stops. So much for signs of Good Faith.
ZioNazi Israeli ministers Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir have already threatened to leave the government if the war ends. They're not going to leave of course! They are ‘just sayin’”! After all, Bibi would do a coalition with the Devil if it kept him in power.
This is an important observation. The semblance of beauty produces a beautiful soul not the other way round. I take this to mean that discernment, the attention to aesthetic choice, creates a kind of beauty, or harmony in our interior lives. It is a re-balancing of the psyche. And that enriches out lives, and begins a kind of cultural infrastructure. It mediates ideology, too. And this is exactly where kitsch and sentimentality and forced inauthentic smiley face culture robs the society of exactly this beauty. It is exactly why ‘truth’ matters. In a society as narcissistic as that of the U.S. today, this matters more than ever. The cultic spell of advanced capitalism is only broken by speaking the truth. The truth on a stage and not on a screen.
It's all very, very depressing.
